The Padres won the  Pony championship in two straight games, defeating the Dodgers 10-4 on Tuesday, June 30.

Pony 13-yr-old All Star tournament starts Thursday, July 9, at the Heartwell Pony Field.

Pony All-Stars start Monday, July 13, at Whaley Park in Long Beach (Atherton St. and Bellflower Blvd)

The Cobras are the 13-yr-old champions after defeating the Padres 4-1 in the final game of a best-of-three championship series.

Javier Alvarez Jr. pitched on a one-hitter for the win in the Championship game on Wednesday night at Heartwell.

Next season signups start in November at the final fall-ball games.

Fall-ball signups are in progress at the Snack-bar during the current playoff games.

Heartwell Pony Family Members - It is with great sadness that we must report that one of our players family member is currently fighting a very serious illness.

Dallas Humphrey's, the brother of Hayden on the Heartwell Pony Red Sox, was recently diagnosed with Leukemia. The Humphrey's family have been dedicated members of Heartwell Pony for many years. His older brother Robert played on the Bandits several years ago. Rob helps coach the Red Sox and Hollye is one of the team parents. Whether you know them personally or not, now is the time to come together as a League and Community to send them our thoughts and prayers as they fight this battle.
